This career-advancing training program (formerly known as Maximize Your Influence and Impact) has been renamed and the curriculum updated to reflect the most-pressing issues facing radiologists in 2024 and beyond.

Learn Along With a Cohort of Your Peers

In this 12-week virtual program, you'll learn how to align radiology with your hospital boardroom and better steward your organization’s operations, finances and relationships, including these key skills:

Recognize the critical relationship between radiology and hospital operations.
Identify how to create the right organizational structure to navigate radiology and hospital operations.
Describe how to align members of a team with diverse perspectives and backgrounds around performance goals.
Identify how financial analysis can be used to develop improvement strategies.

This focused leadership course will give you the tools and know-how to build your executive skill set and drive change from the reading room to the boardroom.

How It Works

The RLI Leadership Accelerator course puts the knowledge in your hands through a comprehensive program of blended learning that provides foundational leadership knowledge and the skills to lead, nurture and negotiate like a pro.

Live 90-minute sessions are presented virtually and include a faculty presentation with Q&A throughout the session. Sessions are scheduled for Thursday evenings 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (ET)

There are pre-read/resource materials provided as well as the ability to interact with the cohort and faculty via a closed course community within the ACR Engage platform.

The last session will be an in-depth Q&A with all of the faculty.

CME Credit will be available for the live sessions only

Physician Accreditation Statement:

The American College of Radiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physician Credit Designation Statement:

The American College of Radiology designates this live activity for a maximum of 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Instructions to Receive Credit:

In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the live sessions, complete an activity evaluation and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity.

Course Format

This 12-week online cohort-based program combines the best of live, virtual class sessions with self-paced weeks set aside for deep dives into supplemental content such as articles, case studies and on-demand modules. The format allows you and your classmates to participate in faculty led discussions, offer and receive feedback, hear what others have learned and ask faculty questions, for a high-impact learning experience. The closed course community on the ACR Engage platform allows you to interact with the cohort and faculty.

Every session is led by a team of seasoned experts. Each faculty member brings a unique background and set of experiences making the educational experience even more powerful, engaging and relevant.
