An escape room is an experience in which a team of players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles and accomplish tasks to complete a goal. This unique format can be used to introduce topics, concepts or education and promotes the following benefits:

Case of the Missing Radiologist (Virtual Escape Room)


Storyline: Dr. Pickalock is missing – can you determine her whereabouts?

This escape room provides some basic radiology-based puzzles especially suited for medical students to encourage an interest in radiology. This escape room is run virtually using an online video collaboration platform of your choosing. The virtual escape room is intended to be self-service, with all you need to know to run the room provided in the Leader’s Guide with access to links to all assets for the room and a template for a follow-up survey.

Two levels of the experience are available: Level 1 for 1st and 2nd year medical students (no radiology knowledge needed) and a Level 2 for those with some basic radiology concepts and knowledge.
