Notice – Proof of Vaccination

The ACR follows CDC guidance, all applicable state and local laws, rules and regulations, as well as ACR polices to ensure the safety of our members, attendees/guests, faculty, vendors and staff. At this time, the ACR requires that all in-person meeting attendees be “up to date” with the COVID-19 vaccination.  As defined by the CDC, “up to date” means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.  This requirement extends to meeting attendees and any guests that will attend this ACR-RBMA event.

Cancellation/Refund Guidelines

Full refunds less a $100 administration fee per registrant will be granted in response to written notification received on or before December 31, 2022. No refunds will be provided for no shows.
