Description: Faculty will focus on how a group can demonstrate value and be indispensable to their respective hospital and referrals ultimately providing security/stability and a niche within their respective health care system. Faculty will discuss ways of increasing visibility such as leadership roles within the system. Ways to become more visible to patients—putting a face to the department with imaging 3.0—and patient centered care. Also could consider providing guidance within own group on improving communications to referring MDs.
