Instructions for Claiming Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits

Instructions to Receive Credit
In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must complete an activity post-test and evaluation. Participants must receive an 80% or higher score on the post-test. List ways that the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed and exacerbated structural barriers.

Describe how technology can be leveraged as a tool to promote health equity by improving communication between providers and patients from underserved communities.
