Travel Information

  • Dulles International (IAD) is the closest airport to ACR headquarters (about 7 miles)
  • ACR reserves rooms for Morin Fellows at the Westin Reston Heights for the Reston visit
  • Reagan National (DCA) is the closest airport to the ACR Annual Meeting
  • Morin Fellows should reserve rooms at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park for the DC visit
  • You may rent a car, but we recommend taking public transportation or using ride-sharing services to avoid the metro area traffic
  • Travel arrangements must be made and expense reports must be submitted through the Concur portal (ACR needs receipts for anything over $50) – ACR accounting will work with you to create an account
  • ACR dress code is casual (jeans, sneakers, etc.) for the headquarters visit; business casual or business attire is more customary for the annual meeting visit (but not mandatory)
