Radiation Oncology In-Training Exam (TXIT)

The TXIT™ exam is scheduled annually in March to for first- through fourth-year residents, as well as those in fellowships.

Program Coordinators will enter new residents in the Program and Practice Management Application (PPM).

You may pay by credit card via the PPM, by mail, or by phone. Paying by credit card offers the quickest access. To pay by mail, make your check payable to ACR and mail it to ACR, 1891 Preston White Drive, Reston, VA 20191. ACH payment instructions are also available by request to intrainingexam@acr.org.

The TXIT Exam Day is February 6, 2024. The TXIT Exam will be administered virtually on the ACR Cortex platform. The registered residents will be proctored by Faculty on February 6, 2024. The Score Reports will be emailed to the Program Directors.

Please note

The new Program and Practice Management (PPM) application allows you to manage your resident information, including resident levels. With the launch of this feature, ACR staff will no longer rescore reports due to incorrect resident level.

TXIT Study Guide

The new TXIT study guide  is hosted on the Cortex platform. The interactive study guide replicates the In-Training Exam format and replaces the PDF files used previously.
