Test your knowledge in the upcoming Pediatric Brain Virtual Course. Led by Sumit Pruthi, MD, you will have the opportunity to review and analyze challenging cases of the pediatric brain.

This virtual course is targeted to the general radiologist that is called upon to interpret pediatric studies in their practice and to provide practicing radiologists with the skills and understanding necessary to interpret pediatric cases of the brain. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Differentiate normal developmental variants that mimic pathology.
  • Review challenges encountered in pediatric radiology practice and offer practical solutions in following areas: radiation, IV/oral contrast, child life, sedation, communication with parents and referring physicians.
  • Earn up to 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Accreditation Statement:  The American College of Radiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation Statement:  The American College of Radiology designates this enduring material activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Accredited CME Activity that Includes Evaluation of the Learner with Feedback:  This activity includes evaluation of the learner with feedback for American Board of Radiology diplomates not completing their OLA annual progress requirement.

Maintenance of Certification Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada:  Through an agreement between the American College of Radiology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, MOC Program Participants may record self-assessment programs or simulation activities developed and accredited by the American College of Radiology in Section 3 of the Royal College’s MOC Program.
