The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in response the 2022 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (HOPPS) proposed rule. Comments addressed the Ambulatory Payment Classification reassignment of several procedures, including low-dose CT for lung cancer screening. The ACR also commented on updates to the Radiation Oncology Model included in the HOPPS proposed rule.
