Physicians who participated in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) 2021 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program can view their final MIPS score as well as their 2023 payment adjustment information by logging into the Quality Payment Program (QPP) portal.
If you participated in 2021 MIPS and believe there is an error or discrepancy in your TIN or NPI’s final score, you have until Oct. 21, to request a targeted review from CMS.
