The February issue of the American College of Radiology® (ACR®) Bulletin focuses on ACR’s state government relations activities related to advocating against the expansion of non-physician scope of practice. ACR’s State Government Relations Chairwoman, Bonnie Litvack, MD, FACR highlighted ACR’s state government relations scope of practice activities, including the American College of Radiology Association’s® (ACRA®) Scope of Practice (SOP) grant fund and ACR’s membership in the American Medical Association’s Scope of Practice Partnership.
The five state radiological societies who received ACRA SOP grant funds in 2022 are also featured in February’s issue. These five state radiological societies used their ACRA SOP grant funds to further advocacy efforts in their states against scope expansion.
