Delaware Governor John Carney signed House Bill 21 into law Aug. 4. The measure, which took limited effect upon Carney’s signature, authorizes establishment and convening of the Interstate Commission of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Compact Administrators. The commission is to adopt rules relating to its operation when it is enacted into law. Under the compact, APRNs licensed in a member state may practice in another member state.
