Access the entire ACR Medical Student Curriculum Building Blocks for free. Increase your knowledge with more than 75 resources, including videos and downloadable presentations on topics such as:
- Anatomy education using radiology for the abdomen, chest, extremities, pelvis, brain, head and neck.
- Introduction to basic imaging concepts, radiation and MRI safety, contrast media and uses.

PIER Internship
Rising second-year medical students can apply for the Pipeline Initiative for the Enrichment of Radiology (PIER) internship, a program offered across the U.S. that helps talented medical students who have historically not pursued careers in imaging to explore radiology.
Applications for the PIER Internship will reopen in fall 2025.
Medical StudentTravel Scholarship
The College is proud to offer a maximum of 10 scholarships to medical students enrolled in U.S. or Canadian approved programs to support attendance at the ACR annual meeting. The 2025 application period is now closed. Applications for 2026 will open on Sept. 1, 2025.
Medical Physics Graduate Student Scholarship
The ACR offers a travel scholarship for graduate students in medical physics to attend the ACR annual meeting. Applications for the 2025 scholarship are now closed.
