Registration Details

The ACR Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to take part in Council business meetings, Council elections, section-specific programming, the ACR Convocation, caucus meetings and more. Virtual Reference Committees for Practice Parameters & Technical Standards will take place in advance of the meeting in Washington, DC. These virtual meetings will be held April 7 & 9; separate registration is required.

Attendees must submit/update a Disclosure of Interests questionnaire in advance of the meeting and attest to the ACR Meeting and Social Event Code of Conduct during registration.

Registration Deadline — April 2, 2025. Registration after this date will be subject to a late fee as follows: Medical Student Members: $25; Resident or Fellow Members, Technologists and Allied Health Members: $50; Members and ACR Chapter Staff: $75; Nonmembers: $100.

Reservations made after Thursday, April 2, 2026, will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the ACR group rate.
