The ACR 2026 annual meeting will take place at the Washington Hilton, May 2-6. This meeting provides an opportunity to take part in Council business meetings, Council elections, section-specific programming, the ACR Convocation, caucus meetings and more.

Abstracts at ACR 2026
Call for Abstracts
ACR members and nonmembers are invited to submit abstracts for ACR 2026. Accepted abstracts will be displayed via ePoster format during the meeting, giving authors an opportunity to have their abstracts seen by experts in the field throughout the duration of the Annual Meeting.
Call for Abstract Reviewers
We invite you to serve on the Abstract Review Committee. This is a one-year term in which you will be a part of ensuring abstract content is of high quality. The deadline to sign up is January 20, 2026. Apply now.
Attendees must submit/update a Disclosure of Interests questionnaire in advance of the meeting and attest to the ACR Meeting and Social Event Code of Conduct during registration.
Volunteer Information
The success of the annual Council meeting relies on help from member volunteers. Volunteers can work on credentials, reference or tellers committees. Learn more and volunteer.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or check for the first night's deposit. To cancel your reservation, notify the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid paying for one night's room and tax (be sure to request a cancellation number). Rooms may sell out.
Reservations made after Thursday, April 2, 2026, will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the ACR group rate.
