This four-month program, running from September – December, is designed to help prepare residents and fellows as they prepare to become practicing radiologists. Through recorded lectures and live monthly Q&A sessions with the faculty, participants will explore the business of radiology, the art of negotiation, personal finance, artificial intelligence, mentoring, change management, and servant leadership.

RLI Kickstart Your Career: Career Confidence Collection is an on-demand resource library designed to support radiology residents and fellows as they transition from training to their first job, offering practical tools, an optional live workshop, and mentorship to help them navigate this pivotal career stage with confidence. Available as a full collection or individual module to meet your specific needs.

Communities Crushing Cancer is a dynamic, resident-led initiative aimed at raising cancer awareness and increasing cancer screening rates. This impactful program began as a state-wide effort involving eight residency programs across Massachusetts and has since evolved into a national patient outreach event.

Get Involved with the RFS Section. The Resident and Fellow Section (RFS) is focused on developing trainee-specific resources, engaging with and supporting the future leaders of the radiology profession by way of advocacy efforts, educational opportunities, policy implementation and more.

Radiology-TEACHES®. Celebrating 10 years, Radiology-TEACHES® provides the knowledge to make appropriate imaging and clinical decisions that provide the best patient care.

Two-Week Virtual Medical Student Curriculum. The Two-Week Virtual Medical Student Curriculum provides medical students with a virtual curriculum of evidence-based strategies for imaging services and the chance to experience the science and diversity of modern imaging.

Medical Student Curriculum Building Blocks. Access a large radiology education library specializing in topics for medical students through the Medical Student Curriculum Building Blocks. This free library contains more than 75 resources including videos and downloadable presentations.

STARS. STARS is a national online exam system and database for assessing students throughout their radiology courses. The STARS exam covers a variety of topics about pathologic findings diagnosed with imaging within major organ systems.

AIRP Case Review Webinars. Access to interactive, faculty-led sessions designed for medical[DH6.1] students and residents. These webinars use selected clinical cases to emphasize the correlation between radiologic imaging and pathologic features to improve diagnostic accuracy.
