Our new platform will feature a fresh look, a more user-friendly experience, and enhanced learning tools. However, any progress toward CME credit that has not been claimed by Nov. 1, 2026, will not transfer to the new system.

CME credit may only be claimed once, so we encourage you to claim all eligible credit before the transition date. After Nov. 1, you will lose progress for content you have already watched and will need to rewatch recordings to regain eligibility and claim credit.

Your access to purchased content will not be affected. Access remains available for one year from the date of purchase.

Course Overview

Leadership often begins without a roadmap. Many radiologists are promoted into leadership roles without formal training, leaving them to navigate the challenges of earning credibility, managing peers and making impactful decisions on their own. From Peer to Leader (formerly RLI Learning to Lead bootcamp) is a fully on-demand, go-at-your-own pace leadership development program designed specifically for new and aspiring radiology leaders who want to grow with confidence.

You’ll learn from both emerging and experienced radiology leaders how they have successfully navigated transitioning from peer to leader—and walk away with actionable tools you can apply immediately in your current or future role.
