Many radiologists are promoted into leadership roles without formal training, leaving them to navigate the challenges of earning credibility, managing peers and making impactful decisions on their own. From Peer to Leader (formerly RLI Learning to Lead bootcamp) is a fully on-demand, go-at-your-own pace leadership development program designed specifically for new and aspiring radiology leaders who want to grow with confidence.
