Step 1: Register corporate account

Your corporate account consolidates all billing and communications under a single entity. After submitting corporate account information, you will be able to add each facility (locations performing exams)

The Application Process

Step 2: Send us a signed copy of ACR’s Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

Download a copy of the ACR BAA »

Email the BAA to q&sbaa@acr.org. Be sure to include your corporate account ID #.

If you already have a BAA on file with the ACR, either for the NRDR portal or for another program, such as Accreditation, you may send and use that agreement for the NRDR portal if executed after January 1, 2018.

The ACR cannot accept revisions to the BAA and will not review third party BAAs.

What is the definition of a facility in NRDR?

A facility is a physical location where patients receive imaging exams including hospitals, outpatient clinics, freestanding centers and academic sites.

How do we register if we practice at many locations?

If you have multiple facilities and would like to register as a group, use the multifacility registration process. Register once as a master facility, which is an umbrella account where you receive and pay invoices, receive combined reports across locations, and coordinate legal agreements. To complete your master-child registration in one sitting, have a list of facility names, addresses and phone numbers. The facility’s NPI number is needed only if you plan to join the Lung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR), the Interventional Radiology Registry (IR) or the MIPS Qualified Clinical Data Registry.
