As LCSR expands to Early Lung Cancer Detection Registry, it will include and support diagnostic performance feedback on management of actionable incidental pulmonary nodules (IPNs) with new measures focused on the quality of radiology report recommendations and timely recommended follow-up completion rates. NRDR is a CMS-approved QCDR for the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). In 2025, the NRDR QCDR includes five new measures in addition to the QCDR measures available in 2024.
