View the full 2025 QCDR measure specifications. Practices can begin reporting 2025 MIPS data to the NRDR QCDR at any time.
The 2025 MIPS program also brings some scoring changes, which are likely to positively affect radiologists. Several diagnostic radiology measures that have been capped at seven points in recent years will now be eligible for 10 points in 2025. The performance threshold remains at 75 points, and the quality measure data completeness requirement remains 75%.
As a reminder, physicians participating in 2024 MIPS must complete CMS submission by March 31 at 8pm ET.
