New Hampshire Radiological Society

The New Hampshire Radiology Society, a chapter of the American College of Radiology^® (ACR^®), is committed to advancing the socio-economic interests of our members while promoting excellence in radiology and patient care.

Our professional association is dedicated to:

• Advancing the science of radiology.
• Enhancing radiologic services for patients and the medical community.
• Analyzing the economics of radiology.
• Supporting ongoing education and professional development for radiologists.
• Upholding the highest medical and ethical standards in radiology practice.

• Government Relations | We represent the field of radiology at the state level, monitoring legislation that affects the practice of radiology and providing input on decisions affecting reimbursement at the state level.
• National Representation | At the ACR Annual Meeting, our Councilors and Alternate Councilors represent the chapter and have an opportunity to express the needs and interests of our members.
• Educational Opportunities | We host periodic educational meetings for our members based on our members’ needs.
• Leadership Development and Volunteerism | The chapter provides an array of opportunities for volunteerism and leadership development in the chapter and in the ACR at the national level.
• Professional Involvement | Through chapter membership, members know that they are not alone in attempting to find solutions to problems facing radiology today, both at the national and state level.
• Resident and Fellows Section | The chapter supports its residents and fellows by sponsoring their representatives to attend the ACR Annual Meeting.
• Pathway to ACR Fellowship | Although there are multiple pathways to ACR Fellowship, by providing opportunities for leadership and involvement, the chapter gives members an opportunity for recognition as an ACR Fellow.
