Created in 2003, the ACR® Chapter Recognition Program seeks to:

  • Formally recognize chapter work, successes and innovative ideas.
  • Facilitate the sharing of ideas among chapters to encourage and support the activities of all chapters.

To participate, submit your chapter award forms for the categories you engage in between January and December of the award year.

Submissions are made in three categories:

  • Government Relations
  • Meetings & Education
  • Membership

Chapters, Divisions and Past Winners

ACR chapters like yours have the chance to submit descriptions of their initiatives and programming at the end of every calendar year.

Chapter Recognition Requirements

Submit your chapter for consideration using the following forms found on this webpage. Forms for the 2025 award cycle are due Jan. 15, 2026.

Chapters may submit forms in multiple categories, or just one –– each category has a required form that must be submitted to be considered.

The Chapter Recognition: Share a Successful Practice form is optional.

To earn additional points (up to three), submit Share a Successful Practice forms in a single category or across multiple categories.

We provide Microsoft Word versions as a convenience to work on offline in preparation, however, all data must be transferred to the online forms to submit.
