The tables compare 2025 and 2026 reimbursement rates for each CPT® code. They include spreadsheets for both 70,000 series codes and non-70,000 codes billed by radiologists, interventional radiologists and radiation oncologists.
Starting Jan. 1, two conversion factors will apply under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015. Qualifying APM participants will use a $33.5675 conversion factor, which includes a.75% annual update. Non-APM participants will use a $33.4009 conversion factor. ACR calculated the tables using the non-APM rate.
