Read moreThe American Medical Association’s (AMA) Physician Practice Information Survey (PPIS) is wrapping up but there is still time to complete it if you or your practice were selected to participate. The collected data will be shared with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and will impact physician payment. The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) encourages selected members to complete the survey as soon as possible as time is running out.
Radiology currently has more than 25 completed practice surveys, but additional responses will help to more accurately estimate practice costs for the profession. ACR appreciates the efforts of practices and/or physicians that completed their respective PPI surveys, and asks that members reach out to their practice colleagues and administrator that may have also received the survey to ensure they have completed it as well.
There are two components to the PPI survey:
ACR sent a reminder email July 11 to practices and physicians that were selected for the PPI survey. To check if your practice was selected to participate, or if you need help contacting the AMA with inquiries or need to request an extension, reach out to Stephanie Le, ACR Director, Economics and Health Policy.
