The hub is intended to ensure that future healthcare advancements are patient-centric and deliver improved outcomes for all Americans.
The Customer Experience Hub is part of a nationwide health innovation network (ARPANET-H) that targets prevention, treatment and diagnosis needs through a proactive approach.
