Read moreThe American College of Radiology® (ACR®) provided comments to the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding the agency’s request for information (RFI) about regulations that are “unnecessary, unlawful, unduly burdensome, or unsound.”
ACR’s response included comments about the treating physician rule, supervision of contrast administration, the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program, the Protecting Access to Medicare Act (PAMA) Imaging Appropriate Use Criteria program, and implementation of the No Surprises Act (NSA) Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process.
