ACR® emphasized its  support for the ROCR legislation (H.R.2120/S. 1031) again in a recent communication to House and Senate leadership. The legislation reforms Medicare reimbursement for radiation oncology services, increases access to patient care, enhances the quality of cancer treatments, encourages innovation and lowers barriers to care for rural and underserved patients.

The ROCR Act is broadly supported by the radiation oncology community.
