College delegates, alternates, state liaisons and committee chairs will debate, educate, and collaborate with colleagues across the House of Medicine to amplify radiology’s voice during the meeting.
ACR will lead an AI-focused session with Adam Prater, MD, highlighting how physicians can guide AI policy and ask the right questions of developers. With AI now central to AMA policy discussions, radiology brings practical expertise as one of medicine’s earliest adopters of AI technology.
Delegates will also weigh in on resolutions that address prior authorization, workforce challenges, research funding and regulatory relief—issues that shape federal and state policy affecting radiology practices. Additionally, ACR will provide hands-on training for medical students, including mock biopsies and needle aspirations.
