The Texas Radiological Society (TRS) received a 2023 Scope of Practice (SOP) grant from the American College of Radiology Association® (ACRA®), and their efforts were recently highlighted in an American College of Radiology® (ACR®) Voice of Radiology Blog.

Scope of practice expansion legislation that poses a threat to quality patient care is one of the leading issues being debated in state legislatures. To stay current on legislative developments relevant to radiology, view the ACR policy map and ACR resources about scope of practice. ACR and its partner, Fiscal Note, a legislation and regulation tracking service, provide continuous, comprehensive developments relevant to radiology.
