CMS is seeking stakeholder input through several Requests for Information including risk adjustment modernization, Star Ratings policy changes, integrated care for dually eligible beneficiaries, and well-being and nutrition.
Stakeholders should review the proposed changes and submit comments to CMS by January 26, 2026. These provisions aim to enhance beneficiary experience, improve care quality, and reduce administrative burden while modernizing MA and Part D programs.
