2025 MIPS Submission Period Now Open

Participants in the 2025 Medicare Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) can now submit performance data to CMS. While participants will have until 8pm March 31 to complete submissions, ACR® advises submitting as early as possible. CMS will not accept any submissions after this deadline.
Groups participating in MIPS using ACR’s National Radiology Data Registry® (NRDR) can begin the submission process by logging in to NRDR and visiting the MIPS Participation Portal.
