The 2022 Imaging Informatics Summit, a major event in the world of medical imaging and informatics, was held on October 22 and 23, 2022, in Washington, D.C. The summit brought together more than 170 live and virtual attendees to discuss the latest advancements and insights in the field. 

The theme of the summit, "Solving Today's Informatics Problems, Building Tomorrow's Solutions," set the tone for a forward-looking and solutions-focused gathering. Chairs Dr. Nabile Safdar and Dr. Ashley Prosper invited a variety of experts with specialized knowledge in informatics and AI to educate and enlighten attendees. 

The summit provided a unique opportunity for attendees to gain valuable insights into the future of imaging informatics and the role of AI in medical imaging. Discussions and presentations covered a range of topics, from current challenges in the field to the latest breakthroughs and innovations. 

Overall, the 2022 Imaging Informatics Summit was a resounding success, bringing together some of the brightest minds in the industry to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and work towards solutions to the challenges facing medical imaging and informatics.
