Reservation deadline: September 21, 2026

Reservations for arrival after 6pm must be accompanied by a first night room deposit plus applicable state and local taxes or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold reservations after 6pm unless secured by one of the above methods. The deposit is refundable if hotel is notified before 5pm, three (3) days prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

ACR has reserved sleeping rooms for conference attendees; however, reservations made after Sept. 21, 2026, will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the ACR group rate.

Submit an Abstract

The organizing committee for the 2026 Quality and Safety + Informatics Conference has issued a call for abstract presentations with a deadline of July 12, 2026.

For abstract presentations, authors should share how they were able to achieve the desired outcome to help enable audience members to replicate their results. Abstracts should include: a problem statement, SMART Aim, interventions, results/outcomes and a conclusion.

Accepted posters will be invited for oral or poster presentations.

Submit by July 12, 2026

Abstracts should focus on data-driven improvements based on sustainable changes in processes or systems. Authors should clearly articulate their goal, demonstrate performance using data and illustrations, and describe the most relevant interventions and learning points from the project. The committee encourages submissions detailing recent improvements as well as long-standing excellent performance.

Abstracts will be judged according to how well they meet the above criteria. Authors are encouraged to review the May 2014 Radiology article, Guide to Effective Quality Improvement Reporting in Radiology.

Abstracts will be presented during the conference on October 16 and 17.

Accepted abstracts will be made available online for conference attendees in PDF format on the electronic syllabus. Individuals whose abstracts are selected for presentation will be expected to fully register for the Quality and Safety + Informatics Conference.
