Tumor Response

Criteria

Our team provides tumor response criteria evaluations to assess changes in tumor size and characteristics in response to therapies used in clinical trials. We have experience with more than 30 criteria, including RECIST, mRECIST, PERCIST, Cheson, RANO, irRC, iRECIST and Lugano. ACR® uses the Yunu software platform, a cloud-based system that streamlines the review and reporting of trial-specific results, ensuring high-quality and consistent imaging assessments across sites.

Quality Control

Timepoint exams are reviewed for read readiness before distributing for assessment and after to confirm the accuracy of applied criteria and protocol-specific requirements.

Helpdesk Support

We offer site support and guidance on the best practices of response criteria assessments.

Readers

Our readers have a wide range of experience in modalities and specialty areas including neurology, body, nuclear medicine, thoracic, cardiac, MSK, pediatric and breast imaging.

Reader

Studies

Our team has extensive experience designing and implementing diagnostic reader studies used to assess the performance of new diagnostic tools compared to radiologists (readers) interpreting medical images. These studies are critical for evaluating the accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of new diagnostic tools, including advanced AI-driven algorithms.

Documentation

Our team will handle all FDA documentation for your reader study, ensuring compliance, accuracy and a hassle-free approval process.

Image Preparation

We will handle all of your imaging needs for reader studies including image review and preparation, anonymization and hosting.

Readers

Our team maintains a comprehensive database of expert readers in all radiology subspecialties and will handle everything from contracting, scheduling, training and payment.

DICOM Image Analysis

Deidentification

Removing or masking personal identifiers from DICOM images to protect patient privacy and comply with regulations to prepare image data for analysis and sharing.

Image Processing

Applying a variety of computational techniques to enhance and analyze medical images, including co-registration, multiplanar reformations.

Image Quality Assessment and Enhancement

Improving the quality of medical images through techniques such as noise reduction, contrast enhancement and artifact removal, to ensure clearer and more accurate analysis.

Segmentation and Annotations

Delineating regions of interest (ROIs) within medical images to isolate and analyze specific anatomical structures or lesions. We use this process to extract quantitative features from medical images, such as shape, texture and intensity metrics.
