ACR Urges CMS to Address Radiology Needs in 2026 HOPPS Rule
ACR urges CMS to establish clear AI payment pathways in SaaS policy and calls for increased reimbursement for essential radiology services.
Read moreAmerican College of Radiology® (ACR®) members have the opportunity to stay informed about legislative developments affecting radiology both within their state and nationwide through a number of advocacy resources.
Through ACR’s collaboration with FiscalNote, members can opt in to receive weekly email reports about state legislation that matters to them. This tracking service has been instrumental for state chapter leaders monitoring progress of bills while state legislatures are in session. To see all state legislative measures tracked by the College, visit the ACR Policy map.
ACR staff will continue to facilitate "guest caller" interactions during quarterly State Government Relations Committee discussions on various legislative issues. These calls provide ACR chapter leaders the opportunity to communicate with colleagues and gain valuable insights to guide their chapters’ legislative strategy development.
To opt in for FiscalNote reports or to highlight a pressing state legislative/regulatory issue for the committee, contact Eugenia Brandt, ACR Senior Government Relations Director or Dillon Harp, Senior State Government Relations Specialist.
