Submit your application now to join Cohort 4 in getting started with the ImPower program. Join the teams of improvers who are tackling challenges in cancer imaging and grow your skill set in problem solving while sharing strategies with others working on the same problem.

  4. Learn how the ACR ImPower program supports teams in achieving sustainable improvement. Discuss the program's participation requirements among key decision makers to determine if the timing is right for your participation.

The application is the first step to get to know basic information about your site and your approach to quality improvement.

  1. Download the application to gather information prior to filling out the online application. The application includes several essay questions that may require discussion and preparation among team members.
  2. Complete and submit the application online.

Applications received by May 31 will receive priority consideration.

Up to six facilities will be selected for each improvement collaborative.
