New Oregon Law Paves Way for Fee Increases Adopted by State Board of Medical Imaging

Oregon Governor Katherine Brown signed legislation (Senate Bill 5522) into law July 1 that is necessary to approve fees adopted by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging. Fee amounts were adjusted for temporary licenses, temporary limited permits, permanent licenses, permanent permits and fluoroscopy permits. The Oregon Radiological Society reviewed the proposed medical imaging fee increases prior to the legislative session.
