Lawrence R. Muroff, MD, FACR  The employment agreement (contract) between a radiology group and its radiologist members is not a document of parity. The protections are in place for the practice. Six clauses are typically seen in this type of contract. What these clauses are and what they mean will be the topic of this presentation.
