July 20 - 22, 2018

A unique RLI Executive Level Leadership Symposium for Experienced Radiology Leaders

As health care and radiology face increased challenges and at ever-greater speeds, executive level private practice and academic radiologist leaders in charge of creating more efficient practices and departments are under growing pressures to lead with courage, curiosity and clarity.

The RLI has created a brand-new course that is focused distinctly on the specific problems seasoned leaders face that will help executives, chairs and other leaders solve and prepare for upcoming challenges.

This Symposium will bring a collective expertise to the room where you can talk frankly about your challenges and hear from your colleagues and share ideas, best practices, and lessons learned to provide you an unprecedented learning experience that will immediately transform your leadership approach.

Session topics include:

  • Providing greater value
  • Getting paid under new payment models
  • How to run your department more efficiently
  • Understanding financial implications of leadership decisions

Plus, a radiology-specific negotiating exercise that will help you capture your practice’s worth!

Course Format

The Leadership Challenges Symposium has been deliberately designed for the senior leaders in both private practice and academic settings. The program will tackle the multi-faceted, complex, common problems practices and departments encounter consistently. And these problems will be tackled in intensive case-based studies. There will be separate breakout sessions for private practice and academic radiologists.

Who Should Attend?

This course is for radiologists in their departments and practices who are executive-level, seasoned leaders. There are a limited number of seats available, as this course is designed to be intimate in order to provide the most powerful learning environment possible.

This is an ideal course for an entire executive committee, or similar team, of practice executives to attend, in order to enhance the educational experience and help ensure successful implementation throughout the organization.
