The Lung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR) has developed a web-based LCS Facility Locator Tool to help people across the country find LCS programs that participate in the LCSR or are an ACR® Designated Lung Cancer Screening Center.
Users can enter a zip code and specify a radius to retrieve the name, distance, address and telephone number of LCS programs.

The LCS Locator Tool will be accessible on the ACR website. Prior to making the LCS Facility Locator Tool available to the public through website posting, we’re asking all participants in the LCSR to preview their facility information to ensure it is accurate, conforms to the standardized facility format and aligns with preferred branding nomenclature.
If you’re an LCSR participant, please take a few minutes to review your information following these steps:
- Log into the ACR National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR®) portal.
- Select the LCSR and then choose the Measures – Aggregate Report.
- Once the report opens, select the report tab labeled “LCS Locator” and follow the instructions.
