Jonathan Berlin, MD, MBA, FACR is a member of the body imaging section at North Shore University Health System in Evanston Illinois and Clinical Professor of Radiology at the University of Chicago School of Medicine. He has authored or co-authored over 45 peer reviewed publications and presented over 275 lectures on clinical and economics topics relating to radiology. Dr. Berlin has directed courses for the RSNA, the ARRS and the ACR.

Jacqueline A. Bello, MD, FACR completed Radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center / Neurological Institute. Director, Neuroradiology at Montefiore Medical Center and Professor of Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery, Albert Einstein School of Medicine, she is a past president of NY Roentgen Society and NY State Radiological Society, fellow of NY Academy of Medicine, and served as Montefiore Medical Staff President, 2012-2016. ASNR past president, she represents ASNR in AMA HOD, where she chaired the AMA Council on Medical Education. Dr. Bello represents AMA on the Council of LCME and at ABMS on Continuing Certification. She is a Columbia University President’s Gold Medalist and recipient of Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeon’s Alumni Medal - Meritorious Service. |

Eric Brandser, MD is a musculoskeletal and emergency radiologist with 28 years experience, both in the academic and private sectors. He has more than 50 peer reviewed publications, and is active in leadership at Radiology Associates of Northern KY (RANK). He also administers RANKs PACS and provides IT and network infrastructure support for the group. |

Ted Burnes, MPA is Senior Director of Political Affairs & RADPAC for the American College of Radiology. During his 19 years at the College, Ted has led RADPAC to a top 5 ranking among Healthcare Provider Political Action Committees (PAC) in the country. Additionally, Ted has facilitated over 150 site visits with Members of Congress touring radiology practices nationwide. |

Carrie Cole began her career with Radiologic Medical Services in 2007, starting as an x-ray technologist and working her way to Business Leader which she transitioned to in 2016. Putting people first, allowing them to buy in, and generating creditability has proved beneficial for team members, beneficial for the practice, and beneficial for the community in which they serve. RMS has a strong belief that team members that are happy at work are happier at home. Carrie, along with her teammates have been featured in the ACR’s Imaging 3.0 case studies and was a presenter at the 2022 ACR conference on Building a Culture of Wellness from the Top Down. W. Kenneth Davis Jr. is an attorney and partner in the Katten law firm. He provides counsel to health care providers (with a particular focus in radiology) for the structuring, growth and ongoing operations of all types of businesses and relationships including initial business model development, analysis of regulatory, compliance and reimbursement issues, negotiation of contracts, various types of financings, and sales, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. In particular, over the years he has worked extensively representing radiology groups across from physician practice management companies, other consolidators and private equity investors. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Chicago and his law degree with honor from DePaul University College of Law. |

Josh Dorsey has been in physician practice management since 2005 in both the academic and private practice setting. Mr. Dorsey started his career at Cleveland Clinic in the Digestive Disease Institute as an administrator. Mr. Dorsey was then in Huntington, WV serving as the COO of the physician practice plan for the Marshall University School of Medicine and has been with Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky as their CEO since 2017. |

Catherine J. Everett, MD, MBA, FACR is a managing partner of Coastal Radiology and serves as an associate Chief Medical Officer for Radiology Partners. She is a current member of the Board of Chancellors of the ACR and serves as secretary of AAWR. She currently works a .75 FTE schedule including both clinical work for Coastal, and administrative work for Radiology Partners. |

Eric Ferguson, MD is a practicing diagnostic radiologist with residency and fellowship training at the University of California at San Francisco. In 2003, immediately after training, he joined Huron Valley Radiology, a private practice based in Southeast Michigan. He is the long-standing President and CEO of Huron Valley Radiology, and the President of its more newly formed parent company, Advanced Imaging Alliance. |

He has been married to the same woman for 38 years, is father to three wonderful adult children and a recreational golfer and avid softball player. |

Daniel (Danny) A. Fuentes-Bernardo, MD, MHCM, FACHE, CPE went to medical school at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, MA and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of Miami School of Medicine – Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was Chief Resident and Instructor of the School of Medicine. Dr. Fuentes received his American Board of Radiology Diploma in 1999 and his Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular & Interventional Radiology in 2001 and 2012.
Dr. Fuentes began his clinical practice as Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Department of Radiology, at the Division of Interventional Radiology. He moved on to private practice in South Texas for twelve years, where he practiced Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and served on various leadership and administrative roles including Chairman of the Board, President, and Managing Partner of his radiology group. He has also served as Health system Board Member, Vice President of the Medical Staff, Medical Director of three Radiology Departments at Valley Baptist Health System; and as Adjunct Assistant Professor of University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Fuentes has recently completed a Master in Science of Health Care Management at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. He has an interest in interventional oncology and was the first to perform Nano Knife (Irreversible Electroporation, the latest soft tissue ablation technology) in Texas. Dr. Fuentes is proud to bring his expertise to New Mexico and RAA. |

Claudia F.E. Kirsch, MD, FACR, FASFNR is a Professor of Neuroradiology Division in the Yale Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. Ryan K. Lee, MD, MBA, MRMD, is associate professor of radiology at the Sidney Kimmel College at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the chair of the Department of Radiology in the Einstein Healthcare Network, now part of Jefferson Health. Dr. Lee serves in multiple leadership roles on committees for the American College of Radiology and is the vice chair of the Radiology Leadership Institute’s Radiology Residency Milestones program and an alternate RVS update committee (RUC) advisor for the American Society of Neuroradiology. He has also been president of the Philadelphia Roentgen Ray Society. |

Bart LeFan, MBA/MHA, has held leadership positions for both ambulatory and hospital-based physician practices for over a decade. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of Clinical & Academic Administration for the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University – leading the strategic and financial operations for 170 faculty and 100 support staff in various clinical, education, and research programs across the state.

Steven Lev, MD completed his medical school training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1988; followed by an internship year in Internal Medicine at Lennox Hill Hospital. He went on to complete a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, and a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at New England Medical Center Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.
Dr. Lev is Radiology Chair at Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) and a Neuroradiologist. Dr. Lev holds an appointment as Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook.
Dr. Lev is committed to student and Resident training and education and serves as both Director of the Academic Affairs Committee and Radiology Medical Student Course Director. He has an extensive range of research interests; presenting over 120 exhibits and oral presentations and receiving numerous accolades. He is the published author of multiple peer-reviewed articles and electronic publications. |

Dominick Parris is the senior analyst on the ACR’s Strategy Management and Foresight team, as well as lead staff for the ACR’s Commission on Human Resources. His efforts primarily focus on developing and analyzing environmental intelligence and brings those efforts to bear in his work across the college.

Barbara F. Rubel, MBA, FRBMA, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Services, provides support services for MSN Clients from the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process through account implementation. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Mercer University Atlanta and a Master of Music from Ohio University. Barbara’s expertise is in business development, health care marketing, managed care contract negotiations, and legislative and regulatory issues.

Eric Rubin, MD is a partner in Southeast Radiology, serving patients in Delaware County. He is Director of CT for Crozer Health and Associate Chair of Radiology at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and also serves on several multi-disciplinary committees for Crozer Health. Nationally, Dr. Rubin has served on the ACR Council Steering Committee and is currently the Chair of the ACR Human Resources Commission. In addition, he currently represents The American Roentgen Ray Society as their CPT Advisor to the AMA CPT Editorial Panel while also a member of the ACR Economics Commission. |

Kurt Schoppe, MD completed his radiology residency and fellowship training in abdominal imaging at Wake Forest. He lives in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and is the new President of Radiology Associates of North Texas, where he previously was the Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee, and the Radiology Department Chair at John Peter Smith Hospital. In addition, Dr. Schoppe has spent much of his career working on state and national payment policy through the ACR. |

Samir S. Shah, MD, MMM, FACR currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer, Teleradiology and SVP Radiology at Envision Healthcare. Dr. Shah has spent the last 15 years as a physician executive in teleradiology. Beginning at NightHawk Radiology Services in 2008, he was soon elected and served as Medical Director, which at the time was the forerunner in the field and the largest teleradiology practice. He then served as Senior Medical Director for Virtual Radiologic (vRad) with over 500 teleradiologists. He helped build and lead the successful Matrix Teleradiology group at Radiology Partners, where he served as VP Clinical Operations in 2018. He has also spent years in private practice and academic radiology.

Kanwar Singh, MD is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist. He completed medical school, residency, and fellowship all at UTSW Medical Center at Dallas. After completion of his training, he started his practice with Radiology Associates since 2017. He is the Chief Medical Director of IR at John Peter Smith Hospital and main supervising physician overseeing all our APPs in DFW. |

Kevin Smith, MD, faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine, has served in various hospital and practice leadership positions for nearly a decade. He manages a radiology group of over 120 radiologists, covering 20 hospitals, 28 imaging centers, and nine urgent care centers covering large portions of Indiana. He specializes in process improvement/LEAN, workflow efficiencies, engagement and retention, and Artificial Intelligence Deployment and Integration.

Mark Stevens is the Vice President of Distributed Radiology for Envision Physician Services. Prior to joining Envision, Mark served as the President of the Healthcare Division at Intelemed/Horizon River Technologies, LLC (HRT), an IT Managed Services and Consulting firm; and earlier as Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Medical Radiology/USTeleradiology (QMR/UST). Mark is from Long Island, New York and he currently resides in Atlanta, GA. As a US Army and Law Enforcement Veteran, Mark sees his role in Radiology as an opportunity to answer the call to serve others to scale through innovation and the use of technology. |

Robert T. Still, FRBMA is Executive Director of the Radiology Business Management Association where he has served since 2017. From 1992 – 2014 Bob was Practice Manager of Lancaster Radiology Associates, a 30-physician medical practice providing diagnostic radiology services to Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, the MRI Group, Lancaster P.E.T. Partnership, and Lancaster Cardiac Imaging Associates. He is a Past President and Fellow of the RBMA.
Mr. Still is a graduate of Indiana University (BS, Education, 1976) and Penn State University (Master in Management in Health Care Administration, 1998). He has also completed post graduate study in negotiation at the Harvard Law School.

Corbin Wilson, JD, CMPE joined Radiology Associates of North Texas as their CEO in 2015 bringing 25 years’ experience in large physician group practice management as well as transactional, healthcare and medical malpractice law. Immediately prior to joining Radiology Associates, Corbin served as General Counsel for the Tarrant County Hospital District and JPS Health Network as well as President of the JPS Physician Group. Corbin earned his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University, is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), serves on multiple non-profit boards and is a Certified Mediator by the State Bar of Texas. Corbin lives in Fort Worth with his wife of 27years and has 4 children ages 16-22.

Shannon Wilson, FRBMA, is the Associate Director of Professional Billing Radiology and Radiation Oncology at Mass General Brigham. Prior to joining the MGB team, she was the Practice Manager for a large radiology practice in the San Francisco Bay Area where she was tasked to evaluate and supervise the physician credentialing, scheduling, prior authorization, and marketing teams. While there, she helped develop the recruitment, training, and onboarding strategy for the group’s newly developed internal overnight division, which spanned five states from Hawaii to the East Coast. Shannon has been an active member and volunteer of RBMA for the past 12 years. She has been a board member for 5 years, has led the Marketing sub-committee and the Programs committee, and has served on multiple other committees during her tenure with RBMA. Shannon was the recipient of the Young Professionals Award at the RBMA annual meeting, PaRADigm, in 2021. |

Kirt Woolsey, CPA has served for the past 11 years as chief financial officer for one of the nation’s largest independent radiology practices with over 250 radiologists and 25 Advanced Practice Providers. Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A. provides professional reads to over 80 Acute Care Hospitals and numerous other outpatient imaging centers and clinics. Prior to joining Radiology Associates, Kirt served as director of finance for large integrated non-for-profit delivery systems in Texas and as a healthcare auditor for KPMG, LLP. Kirt serves as the co-chairman of the Finance Committee for Strategic Radiology, LLC a collection of private practice radiology groups across the USA. Kirt and his wife and 3 children live in Arlington Texas home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. |
