IDOR 2019

November 8 is the International Day of Radiology -- but imaging makes a world of difference every day.

November 8, 2019, marks the 124th anniversary of Dr. Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen’s discovery of the X-ray. The eighth annual International Day of Radiology (IDoR) recognizes radiology professionals' essential role in health care, and the importance of radiology research, diagnosis and treatment for safe patient care. A joint effort of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America and the European Society of Radiology, the event highlights the tremendous advances in modern health care made possible by medical imaging.

IDoR 2019 will include celebrations during National Radiologic Technology Week (Nov. 3-9, 2019).

Join the celebration on social media! Share your ideas and photos using #IDoR2019.
