Notifying the ACR of Changes to Chapter Officers, Councilors and Alternate Councilors

Each chapter has a responsibility to notify the ACR Office of Chapter and Volunteer Development when changes occur in their rosters of officers, councilors and alternate councilors.

Information Needed When Submitting Changes

Please include the following information when you submit changes.

  • Position held
  • First and last names of person holding the position
  • Term Dates (beginning and ending)
