Access to Medicare Imaging Act of 2007 – H.R. 1293
As you know, H.R. 1293 (Access to Medicare Imaging Act of 2007) was introduced on March 1. The purpose of the bill is to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for a two-year moratorium on certain Medicare physician payment reductions for advanced diagnostic imaging services.
