ACR Professional Bureau Interview Service at RSNA
Online registration for the ACR Professional Bureau’s on-site interview service will be available starting Monday, September 18. The interview service will be available during the 2006 RSNA annual meeting November 26-30.
Once the site is live, current users can activate their accounts and register for the service and new users can register to use the Professional Bureau and participate in the interview service. Job seekers can then search applicable listings and request interviews, and employers can search for applicants and schedule interviews. Registering early allows you to schedule interviews now while planning the rest of your time at RSNA.
Visit the ACR Web site on Monday for complete information and instructions. For questions about the Professional Bureau, please contact Alison Maedge at amaedge@acr.org or (800) 227-5463, ext 4932.
Act Now to Participate in the Chapter Recognition Award Program
Has your chapter undertaken efforts to recruit or retain chapter members? Have you recently held a chapter meeting? Are you distributing a chapter newsletter or maintaining a chapter Web site to share information with your members? Has your chapter lobbied for legislation in your state? If you can answer “yes” to any of the above questions, then your chapter could be earning points towards a chapter recognition award.
Act now to make sure your chapter is recognized for its activities throughout 2006 and a contender for a Chapter Recognition Award, to be presented at next year’s AMCLC. Award criteria and submission forms are available on the ACR Web site. To inquire about your points or for any questions about the program, please contact Adrian Kosmicki at akosmicki@acr.org or (800) 227-5463, ext 4917.2006 Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards Available on the Web
