How to Find Out if Your Dropped Members Have
Reinstated |
|
|
|
|
If the ACR does the dues billing
for your chapter, then in July any chapter members who had not paid their dues
were dropped from your chapter membership roster. Just prior to and after that time, several chapters worked to
contact and encourage people who had not paid their 2003 dues to do so and
continue their membership. Chapters can easily identify those
members who have reinstated their membership since that time by referring to
their Chapter Payment Reports received from the ACR. The July, Aug., Sept. and Oct. reports
will only show reinstated members and new members. The new members are marked as such in the report. After the 2004 invoices go out in Nov. in
order to see names of those who reinstated, you should refer to the
individual report. If you have questions about identifying reinstated members, about understanding the information in the Chapter Payment Reports, or about who is receiving them for your chapter, please contact Barbara Quattrone at either barbaraq@acr.org or 800.347.7748. |
