Learn How to Help Your Chapter Earn Points
Toward an ACR Chapter Recognition Award |
|
|
|
|
Over the past year members of
the ACR Committee on Chapters and ACR staff worked to develop a program to formally
recognize chapter successes and innovative initiatives. Additionally, this program will create a
space for the sharing of ideas among chapters, thus encouraging and
supporting the activity of all ACR chapters. As mentioned in last week’s ACR
ENews, we are now accepting submissions for awards to be made during the
2004 ACR Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership Conference. These awards will cover any activities or
initiatives your chapter engaged in between Jan. – Dec. 2003. Please visit the ACR Chapter Recognition
Web page for more details on how your chapter can participate. CLICK HERE for a direct
link. We have put together a document
addressing Questions
You May Have About the ACR Chapter Recognition Program. If this does not address all of your
questions, please do not hesitate to contact Kelly Foster at kellyf@acr.org or 800.227.5463, ext. 4917. This is a new program for all of us and we anticipate there will be a few issues that did not emerge during the planning phase. Your feedback as you participate in the program will be greatly appreciated. We hope you find value in participating in this program. Above all, we hope the ACR Chapter Recognition Program serves to support and encourage the important contribution ACR chapters make to the profession. |
