Identifying Key Government Relations Contacts for Congressional Visit Day

The ACRa Congressional Visit Day will be held Wednesday, May 24, during the 2006 Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership Conference. This year, Hill participants will make their own congressional appointment with their representative and a designated chapter contact will make the Senate appointments for the chapter's delegation. It is imperative that each chapter complete a Key Contact form to identify a chapter contact that the Government Relations staff can work with when coordinating the congressional appointment process. Thanks to those chapters that have already done this. They include:

  • 32nd National Conference on Breast Cancer

    The ACR National Conference on Breast Cancer (NCBC) will take place April 28-30, 2006 in San Diego, Calif. This conference is an internationally recognized program specifically designed for the diagnostic radiologist and for the radiologic technologist working exclusively in the field of mammography and breast imaging. Attendees are eligible for 20.25 CME credits. In addition, attendees can view the latest technology in breast imaging in the exhibit hall.
