ACR Web Hosting for Chapter Sites – New Contract for your Consideration

The ACR currently provides Web hosting services for a number of ACR chapters. We have recently reviewed the services that we provide and their cost. As a result of this review, a new service contract has been drafted. The new contract outlines what ACR offers for chapter Web site hosting and a new rate structure.

If your chapter is currently using the ACR Web hosting services, you will receive a new contract within the next week. You will need to review this contract and determine whether or not you will continue to use the ACR for this service. The new contract and pricing will go into effect August 1.

Chapter Leaders’ Workshop & Breakfast – Evaluation Online

If you attended the Chapter Leaders’ Workshop and/or Breakfast during the 2006 ACR annual meeting, please complete a brief evaluation form. The form can be accessed on the ACR Web site. We thank you in advance for completing the evaluation and providing us with information to use in planning future chapter events during the annual meeting.

Updating Chapter Officers and Councilors

Each chapter has a responsibility to notify the ACR Office of Chapter and Volunteer Development when changes occur in their rosters of officers, councilors, and alternate councilors. This information is used to communicate with chapters throughout the year and is also made available on the ACR Web site. Changes may be submitted in writing via e-mail, fax, or post to the attention of Yolanda Jones.
