The brochure for the 2004 ACR
Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership Conference is now available on the ACR
Web Site. CLICK HERE for a direct
link. The brochure includes detailed
information about the meeting schedule, educational sessions, CME credits,
tours, meeting registration and hotel reservations. Hardcopies of the brochure will be mailed to chapter officers, councilors and alternate councilors next week. |

Complimentary Meeting Registration for Chapter
Executives and Other Chapter Staff or Consultants |
|

|
|
Like ACR members, chapter executive directors, executive secretaries,
legal counsel, lobbyists and other chapter staff/consultants do not have to pay
a registration fee to attend the 2004 ACR Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership
Conference. This complimentary
registration does not include educational sessions, CME credit or tours. It is important that all chapter staff/consultants, who
plan to attend the meeting, register.
When completing the registration form, chapter
staff/consultants should check “ACR Member” in box 5 of the form and then write
in their position with the chapter (i.e. chapter executive or chapter lobbyist). |

Three Upcoming Deadlines for AMCLC

You have just over a week to
finish confirming your chapter’s roster of councilors and alternate
councilors with the ACR for the 2004 AMCLC. The ACR rosters are used to determine who
will be credentialed for the council meeting. You may submit rosters via email
to chapters@acr.org or via fax at
703.262.9319. If you have questions
about who is on roster with the ACR, please contact Merry-Lynn Sheetz at merrylynns@acr.org or 800.227.5463, ext.
4353. Feb. 1 is the deadline for chapters
to submit resolutions for consideration during this year’s Council meeting. CLICK HERE for
details about preparing and submitting resolutions. Resolutions should be sent to: James L.
