AMCLC Agenda CD-ROM
The AMCLC Agenda CD-ROM was mailed to all councilors, alternate councilors, chapter presidents, executive directors, and secretaries April 9. The CD-ROM includes all of the resolutions to be voted on during the Council meeting, as well as the meeting’s preliminary program.
These materials will also be posted on the ACR Web site in the coming days. Please refer to www.acr.org/07meeting for the most up-to-date information on the AMCLC.
Deadline Nears for AMCLC Registration – Make Sure Your Chapter Is Represented
April 20 is the deadline to register for the pre-AMCLC educational sessions, conference, Capitol Hill visits, and special discount rates at the Hilton Washington.
Our goal is always to have representation from all 54 ACR Chapters at the meeting. At this time the following chapters do not have any members of their delegation registered for the meeting:
- Alaska
- Canada
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Montana
- North Dakota
- Vermont
Please visit the ACR Web site to access the meeting registration form and information for the Hilton Washington.
If you would like to request a list of the members from your chapter currently registered for the meeting, please send an e-mail to chapters@acr.org.

ACR Chapter Handbook — Featured Section: “Chapter Meeting Needs Assessment Template”
We are featuring the fourth section of the new ACR Chapter Handbook, “Chapter Meeting Needs Assessment Template.”
Before you begin planning for a chapter meeting, it is recommended that you do a needs assessment to get input from your members. This input may help to determine when to hold a meeting, which locations are preferable, and what topics your membership would like addressed during the meeting. A template is available to you as part of the handbook and is intended to serve as a basis for developing your own needs assessment tool.
Please visit the Chapter Section of the ACR Web site today and review this material, as well as the rest of the new and improved ACR Chapter Handbook. (Remember, you will need your ACR username and password.)
If you have questions or comments about the ACR Chapter Handbook, please contact Trina Zeberlein at tzeberlein@acr.org or (800) 227-5463, ext. 4998.
